interview with chef Wylie Dufresne

Here is my recent interview article about Chef Wylie Dufresne on Jet Master's August Issue -

It was an honor to have the opportunity to interview Wylie, who was so nice, talented, and humble. The food at wd~50 was delicious. Make your reservation soon if you want to experience one of the most amazing restaurants in New York, before it closes down in November!

Firenze

As I was writing an article about my trip to Florence, I looked through all the pictures from the journey and wanted to share some here.

I forgot the name of this square (or if it has one). But it's behind the Florence Cathedral.

Arno River. It was rainy when I was there, and the water seemed very yellow.

Lastly, I have to say traveling alone sucks, because no one can take any picture of you and you can never act naturally in front of a strange tourist. I had to put down my iphone on a stone and quickly ran to the other side of the street and then act like I'm just walking casually on a Sunday afternoon. The result was okay but I did get lots of weird stares...
